Ordering was very easy, selecting the options you want along the way before completing the purchase. The map and pins took a couple of weeks to arrive as they are made in Ukraine and shipped from Poland. I was surprised to find an email a week later from FedEx informing me that my shipment had incurred duties, taxes and fees of £53.77. I originally thought it was a scam, but a letter confirming this was sent to my address another week later. The map took a few hours to put up, but was fun, especially locating the islands that hadn't been on the instruction map. I also bought the flag map pins and they are of a good quality. However, I found that there was no Balearic Islands pin so I am unable to mark this as visited. Adding this flag pin and other islands that might be missing would be a good idea, or duplicating those countries flag pins that occupy them. They do look wonderful and I'm looking forward to choosing my next destination!

Love it! Great addition to my home office. The large pieces are very stable and won’t come off unless you want then to. I'm a bit worried about the smaller pieces coming off. The adhesive seems a lot less strong. I have some double sided tape on hand just on case.

The product came in great condition. The wooden map is lightweight but high quality. I love the detail and coloring. My only potential complain is wishing it was a little bigger but XL would have been too big. But that's a fairly small complaint. Overall I love it and it looks great!
